Jewelry Stories from His Amish Wife’s Hidden Past + Bonus GIVEAWAY!
Hi there! I’m so happy you decided to join me today for a recap of some fun designs created for His Amish Wife’s Hidden Past by Mindy Steele. Mindy was a new-to-me author, but referred by another author who I admire. When she asked me if I would be interested in reading one of her books and designing some pieces, I jumped at the chance – mostly because she writes Amish fiction which I enjoy so very much. I hope you’ll love this tiny glimpse into her book with each of the pieces I’ve shared below. I’ll see you at the end for a recap and behind-the-scenes glimpse into each…

Jewelry Stories from When the Day Comes PLUS Sneak Peek from In This Moment!
If you love Outlander or any type of time-travel inspired story, then you simply must read When the Day Comes by Gabrielle Meyer! I have no doubt that it will be among my favorite books read for 2022. I think I got so caught up in this story that I didn’t really watch for passages that could be transformed into jewelry, but I found a few! Seriously, I was caught up in this story from the very beginning all the way to the end. And if you’re considering reading it for yourself, there is a resolution to the story but also a cliffhanger for book 2 which releases May 2023.…

Jewelry Stories from Beach Haven + Book Review
Thank you so much for joining me for today’s Jewelry Stories! Admittedly, I’ve been waiting to share today’s book and designs for several months now. I kinda had to stew over this story and these characters for a while before sharing a review because when I first read it, I thought it was gonna be a DNF. (Don’t you hate when that happens?!) I had started listening to the audio version, and I don’t know if it was the characters, the setting, or something else, but I could not get into it at all. But my slight case of OCD would not let me leave it alone, so about 6…

Jewelry Stories from Until Leaves Fall in Paris
It’s time for a new Jewelry Stories post! I can’t tell you what joy I get from combining my two favorite things – books and jewelry – into these pieces that help bring these stories to life in new ways. Today’s book will already be making it into my Top 10 favorite books for this year, so there was no question that some inspiration for jewelry and bookmarks would be found within its pages. One of the things (there were many!) that I loved about Until Leaves Fall in Paris was little Josie, and maybe that’s because I have two little girls of my own. Their innocence at that age…

Jewelry Stories from The Finder of Forgotten Things
Why, hello there! I can’t tell you how happy I am that you stopped by for today’s Jewelry Stories. These posts give me such joy as I get to pair two of my favorite things together – talking about Christian fiction books and creating jewelry. Today’s book and jewelry combo was a delight to put together, and I can’t wait to share all of that with you below. First, let me tell you a bit about our featured book – The Finder of Forgotten Things by Sarah Loudin Thomas – It’s 1932 and Sullivan Harris is on the run. He promised the people of Kline, West Virginia, that he would…

Jewelry Stories from The House on Foster Hill
Hi friends! Today’s Jewelry Stories features a book that is not the norm in Christian fiction. It’s kinda spooky, creepy-ish…you know what I mean. It was my first foray into this type of genre, and at least from a Christian standpoint, it worked for me! It’s a split-time story, so those of you who love historical fiction will EAT IT UP. This collection of jewelry is a bit on the smaller side – just three pieces – but they really are a great match with the story and the passages I’ve highlighted below. Take a peek at each one, and I’ll see you at the end of this post for…

Jewelry Stories from A Heart Adrift
Welcome to the latest edition of Jewelry Stories! Ever since reading A Heart Adrift, my mind has been flooded with ideas for jewelry and bookmarks! So much so that there were 15 new designs inspired by this amazing novel. So, first things first – definitely get yourself a copy and put it at the top of your TBR pile! Second, I hope you will look at this story in a new way through the designs featured below. I’ve matched each of them to a specific passage in the book. Several of them just might make your heart flutter as Henri is the dreamiest hero and Esmee is 100% made for…

Jewelry Stories from You’ll Think of Me
Thank you so much for stopping by for today’s Jewelry Stories! Robin Lee Hatcher has been one of my go-to authors for yeeeeears. Her early books were some of the first Christian fiction novels I ever read, and really helped cement my love of the genre. Titles like The Victory Club, The Shepherd’s Voice and her Coming to America series are all must reads for Christian historical fiction fans. I have been playing catch-up in recent months with her backlist, and found myself reading You’ll Think of Me which was the first book in her Thunder Creek series. I made the mistake of reading this series out of order, and…

Jewelry Stories from A Gilded Lady
Good things come to those who wait, and I am thrilled to finally bring you the last Jewelry Stories from the Hope and Glory Series by Elizabeth Camden! I went a little out of order with these books, featuring book 1, then 3, then 2 here today. I promise, if you have missed either of the other two sets of jewelry designs, you’ll want to refresh your memory by visiting here to see designs for The Spice King and here for The Prince of Spies designs. I truly never intended to go out of order. . .it just worked out that way. For today’s designs inspired by A Gilded Lady,…
