Emerald Green and White Glass Pearl Beaded Necklace

Bursting with color, this pearl necklace will be noticed on your neck every time you wear it!

Measuring approx. 17-1/2″ in length, a strand of white glass pearls is interspersed with faceted taupe glass beads.  At both ends of the strand are gold lobster claw clasps that attach to a stunning gold pendant sprinkled with taupe rhinestone crystals and two large emerald green rhinestone crystals (oval shape in the center, pear shape dangling below).  Pendant can also be detached from the necklace and worn as a brooch.

This design is inspired by the following passage from Finders Keepers by Sarah Monzon –

Held snug in the cloth she had wrapped to bind herself lay hidden the means to her future – her grandmother’s jewel-encrusted gold necklace.

It was a circle of fine gold with alternating emeralds and diamonds. A larger emerald pendant with a teardrop pearl hung at its apex, which lay just below the throat when worn.
