Springtime Flower and Tassel Ribbon Bookmark

Description

Nothing says welcome to spring more than green grass and early flowers.

This green grosgrain ribbon bookmark measures 10″ long, and includes two sets of charms on each end.  On one end is a clear resin charm trimmed in gold with a collection of flowers secured within.  On the other end is a tiny pink fabric tassel underneath a gold bead.

This design was inspired by the following passage from Yours Truly, Thomas by Rachel Fordham –

He’d been slow to notice any beauty since his life had taken a turn. No, the truth was, he’d never been good at appreciating real beauty. But he saw it here, in the fresh, open air. He saw it in the dancing grasses and droplets of color made by the spring flowers.
