Sixpence and Fabric Tassel Cord Bookmark

This book thong is made of an off-white twisted cord. On one end is an antique gold sixpence charm that’s been sprinkled with silver glitter and sealed in a clear resin. On the other end is a taupe fabric tassel charm with a shimmery beige bead attached above.

This bookmark was inspired after reading the following passage from The Finder of Forgotten Things by Sarah Loudin Thomas –

“It’s the sixpence my grandmother from England gave me when I married. I thought you might be hard-pressed to find one otherwise.”
