Bookmark is made from a 10″ piece of navy blue velvet ribbon. On one end is a cute brown faux leather journal with a tiny bit of corded elastic around it to keep it closed. On the other end is a blue/gray round shell bead with a matte gold paint spatter design. Bead is attached to a small antique gold circle charm. The length makes this bookmark the perfect fit for a trade paperback book.

This book was inspired by the following passage from Bridge of Gold by Kimberley Woodhouse –
