Made of navy velvet ribbon, each end has a special feature. On one end is a sparkly dark blue/purple bead with two gold metal beads underneath.  On the other end is a lovely round gold charm.  Part of the charm resembles a moon shape with scattered stars, plus the words “When it’s dark look for stars.”  The moon, stars, and words are all in gold against a deep navy background.

This design was inspired by the following passage from Until Leaves Fall in Paris by Sarah Sundin –

Paul lifted his chin to the night, the stars snuffed by clouds, the lights snuffed by war. “It seems strange to end an evening in Paris without music and dancing and talking into the night.”
