Dusty Rose Beaded Ribbon Bookmark with Book and Tassel Charms

Such a bookish bookmark.  😉

This bookmark measures 10″ long and is made from grosgrain ribbon in a sweet dusty rose color.  On one end of the ribbon is a small gray thread tassel, and on the other end is a silver book charm underneath 4 dark pink faceted Czech glass beads and 3 silver metal spacers.

This design was inspired by the following passage from At Love’s Command by Karen Witemeyer –

Books didn’t care if she wore skirts instead of trousers. Their knowledge belonged to anyone with the courage to open their covers.
