Silver Sparrow and Purple Heart Locket Necklace

Use this locket to keep pictures of those special people close to your heart.

This necklace measures 18″ long including the lobster claw clasp.  It features a stainless steel silver heart with an etched design on the front, and the grooves have been hand painted in Colorful Soul Ultimate Paint in Amethyst.  Dangling alongside of the locket is a silver sparrow charm and a white glass pearl bead.  The locket, charm, and bead all hang loosely from the chain.

This design is inspired by the following passage from Heirlooms by Sandra Byrd –

Mi-ja had smiled at Helen for the very first time. “Do not worry, little sparrow,” Helen said. “I have you close to my heart.”
