Arrow and Compass Beaded Bookmark

This silver-toned bookmark is shaped like a shepherd’s crook, and is perfect gently slide inside your latest read.  Hanging from the top are two separate focal points – one is a silver arrow connector with two Czech glass beads attached individually underneath, and the other is a small length of chain with a compass charm dangling at the end.

This design was inspired by the following passage from At Love’s Command by Karen Witemeyer –

“My daddy’s compass.” His quiet words pierced her heart. “It weren’t in my bag. One of the outlaws must’ve taken it.” A family heirloom, perhaps all he had left of the man who’d fathered him.
